Email our customer excellence team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your unopened Soylent products and include your order number inside the box before shipping to our fulfillment center.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
