How long does Soylent stay fresh after opening?
Our Ready-to-Drink bottles should be refrigerated after opening and consumed within 48 hours. Unopened bottles are shelf-stable until the 'best by' date printed on the packaging.
Is Soylent vegan, gluten-free, or nut-free?
Yes, all Soylent products are 100% vegan and use plant-based protein. Our formulas are also nut-free and gluten-free, making them suitable for a wide range of dietary requirements.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your account portal. From there, you can swap flavors, skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy?
